I didn't think about it till the day after the elections and THEN didn't really realize how big of a deal this is until now. You got your regulars who go to the inaugurations every 4 years no matter what and they booked their rooms like a year ago. Wha??? Then again, it's just like how we gotta book almost a year ahead of time for bike week in Myrtle Beach (got that hotel secured too).<BR/><BR/>Maybe you can still make it up there. Most of my contacts are in the motorcycle community so you might want to check with Chicago's #1 Stunnas Motorsports Club to see if they are chartering a bus down there (I am sure any club down there is chartering a bus for anyone, rider or not to take that trip. If nobody else need to get there, you need to be in the place!!!Diamond~Starhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02301138869047152647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2094020429182911981.post-49526805017187248152008-11-11T14:30:00.000-06:002008-11-11T14:30:00.000-06:00I'm soooooo jealous of you and your hotel snatchin...I'm soooooo jealous of you and your hotel snatchin self. I still wanna go though so Im really hoping that osmething pops to make that trip feasible. I wanna go sooo badly since I missed the rally live and all....<BR/><BR/>"What's that GOP?" ahahahaha; that made me think of that commercial (cant remember what they were advertising) but the lady was like, "what? Im sorry--what?" to her son lol; EUREKA! It was a Verizon commercial...I think. I screamed in my car going back home from the election party, "Oooooooooooooooobbbbbbbbbbbbbbaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!! Take that. Yes we can!!! What's that GOP? This is change we can believe in!!!" Ok so I am getting out of hand but you can get the picture of what was going on. You can bet your bottom dollar I will be making that trip to Washington DC come January 20. Got my hotel secured and all.Diamond~Starhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02301138869047152647noreply@blogger.com
